The Space
Chimney Corner is superb for large gatherings of family or friends. We comfortably accommodate 16 people, it’s a large house with 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and dining for 16.
The bedrooms are all very spacious so everyone has their own room to relax as well as there being quiet areas to break off to; such as the conservatory for a read or a chat, the TV room upstairs which also has games to keep the younger members happy, a relaxing moment in the sauna or in the expansive sofas in the lounge area, though some may prefer a competitive moment around the snooker table!
There is also a garden area to enjoy the amazing scenery and wildlife; the odd dolphin has been spotted just over the wall from the hot tub.
If cooking and entertaining is your thing, the kitchen has preparation areas galore with a large range gas cooker and hob, large American style fridge and plentiful crockery, cutlery and glassware for the ample dining table. Here you will also find a smaller dining table for 10 which may be handy if you want to do your breakfast as your guests awake. Outside is also a treat, with a BBQ for the “best view while cooking” award, with plenty of outdoor seating for all.
Whatever your reason for visiting Beaumaris there’s a good amount of space to accommodate whatever activities you want to do, plenty of space for boots/walking gear; a washing machine/tumble dryer and airers/drying rack if required after a big day out.

Location
The views from Chimney Corner are mesmerising. It is one of the key pieces of feedback we have from our guests: … views to die for…; fantastic; amazing; breath-taking; stunning; incredible; one of the best we have stayed in if just for the views alone.
All year round, in all seasons, Chimney Corner provides a spectacular panorama that changes as the light changes over the Snowdonia mountain range.It’s hard to communicate how it feels to be inside Chimney Corner in the winter looking at the snow-capped mountains.
You are in amazingly close proximity to the sea, with the waves crashing against the sea wall beneath you; but knowing that you are in a solid 200 year old building, safe and sheltered.
In the summer you can enjoy the tranquillity of sitting out in the patio area reading a book or having a glass of wine in the evening sun, enjoying the view of the sun setting above the Great Orme over Llandudno, while a yacht or two gently sails past.
